Gigi Hadid dons in traditional outfits for the NMACC Gala

For the grand opening of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) in Mumbai supermodel Gigi Hadid wore two traditional Indian looks, which we simply can’t get over.

At the grand inauguration event, the model was donned in a bespoke Rahul Mishra creation. The intricately designed long jacket with matching flowy trousers featured stunning floral embroidery for which she even thanked the designer who created the attire and she mentioned that it was an honour to celebrate Indian craftsmanship.

On the second day, the model was spotted in a gorgeous Chikankari sari for the second day designed by the highly-notable Indian fashion designer Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla.

She posted yet another picture of herself on Instagram stories, and wrote, “Chikankari sari was made in the Lucknow region of India, & took a year to craft. Each woman who worked on it specialises in a different stitch. Thank you @abujanisandeepkhosla for the honor of wearing this creation of a look!!!”

The eventful occasion even included a surprise pickup moment with Bollywood actor, Varun Dhawan making this Hadid’s dream come true. During the live entertainment performance, the actor danced with the model on stage and she even wrote on her Instagram feed, “@varundvn making my Bollywood dreams come true (laughter emojis).” Isn’t it surprising? “

On her feed, she even shared a series of images along with a photo with the renowned Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, who she is a big fan of herself.
