Gigi Hadid’s rainbow catsuit clearly caught Dua Lipa’s eye…
Gigi Hadid and Dua Lipa are two of the most daring fashion risk-takers in the business, so it might not come as a huge surprise that they share the same taste in outfits.
The New Rules singer was spotted out for dinner in New York over the weekend wearing a rainbow catsuit – which just so happened to be almost identical to the multi-coloured catsuit the half-Palestinian model wore to the 2018 CFDA Fashion Awards in June.
The catsuit in question is Versace, and comes from the Italian label’s Fall 2018 collection. But while Versace’s models covered up their bodysuits on the runway with jackets and minidresses, both Hadid and Lipa chose to let the spandex do the talking.

Lipa rocked a pair of matching Versace mules with her catsuit, which featured a higher neckline and sharper shoulders than Hadid’s version.
Hadid opted for red Stuart Weitzman pumps and Lorraine Schwartz jewels, with her hair dramatically slicked back off her face.
We’re pretty sure Hadid wouldn’t have minded Lipa taking some style inspiration from her – the pair looked pretty friendly when they were pictured together (with Queer Eye star Jonathan Van Ness) at a star-studded gala in New York last month. And as the saying goes, imitation is the highest form of flattery.
As for who wore it best? We think you’ll agree that both stars look equally stunning. Twinning and winning.
