Is it 2019’s most unexpected couple?

This has been an interesting and somewhat heartbreaking year for celebrity relationships. Now, Gigi Hadid is in the running for the most surprising fling, after she was spotted with The Bachelorette’s Tyler Cameron – but will it survive past the summer?

The supermodel and the reality TV personality were spotted together on very public dates over the past to weeks. However, according to Entertainment Tonight the two are not exclusive yet, and they’re taking it slow.“Gigi went through a breakup from a serious relationship and Tyler just got off a dating show,” the source said.

The Palestinian-American was in a high-profile relationship with former One Direction band-member Zayn Malik. They dated on-and-off for two years, splitting in January. Nevertheless, in March, the Pillowtalk singer, who is usually very reserved, declared his love for Gigi on Twitter. He tweeted: “@GiGiHadid love you,” making some people on Twitter question if he has been hacked.

Meanwhile, Tyler was a runner up in Hannah Brown’s season of American dating series, The Bachelorette. After the finale aired, Hannah revealed that she was single and went on a date with Tyler, days before he started being photographed with Gigi. “[Hadid and Cameron] are enjoying building a friendship first, going on dates and having fun. Nothing more than that right now,” the source said. “Gigi and Tyler are spending more and more time together, [but] they are still casually dating.”

“There is a connection there for sure. Gigi was smiling more last night than she has in a while. She looks really happy and calm with Tyler around. It’s like she is herself around him.” After days of rumoured outings, the two were finally photographed together having a fun night out with her friends in New York City on Tuesday night.
