Kendall Jenner is a believer in healthy eating and before fashion week she ate only clean food. Not so much as a diet but more of a sensible eating plan, which favours the consumption of natural foods, lean protein, good-for-you carbs and fats, fresh fruits, and vegetables in the right amounts.
Eating whole, unprocessed food is the mantra. Kendall also drinks copious cups of water and detox tea.
