Unless you’re paying for a out-of-town, no thrills gym, then getting fit in Dubai can be an extremely expensive hobby (we say hobby, but rather mean necessity thanks to the infamous Dubai stone).
However, for two weeks in September, five-star gym Talise Fitness is offering wellbeing enthusiasts complimentary access to classes including Talise X, high altitude cycling and Les Mills Born To Move.
The luxury wellness brand of Jumeirah Group, is kicking off the start of the new fitness season by offering complimentary access at the Madinat Jumeirah gym from September 17 – 24, 2016.
Why’s it the new fitness season? Because September 9 marks the start of the international fashion weeks (New York kicks off on September 8), and the sight of airbushed-looking models will have us wanting to drop and do 20 burpees.

This is the first time Talise Fitness has offered the initiative, which will allow the public full access to one of the region’s most exclusive training facilities.
The aim is to offer fitness fanatics and first-timers alike to try out the facilities, develop a taste of keeping fit and hopefully return after the two-week complimentary access.
During the open week guests will have full access to all equipment, the classes and the chance to experience the latest additions that have taken place at the gym over the summer. New launches include Talise X, an outdoor functional training area; high altitude cycling, the Les Mills RPM classes run in a low oxygen studio; and the Les Mills Born To Move programme, a series of classes aimed at children aged two – 12. Complimentary ‘In Body Analysis’ consultations will also be available during the open week.
Gym opening times and classes schedules will continue as normal during the open week. Guests who sign up for membership during this week will receive five personal training sessions and a dinner for two at Hannaya*.
