Sworkit Pro

Download the free app, choose your workout (they are categorised into body areas, times, cardio, yoga and varying intensities) and you’re good to go. The exercise section on the website has videos showing you how to do specific moves – very handy if you have no idea what a Genie Sit or Spiderman push-up is.

Fitness Blender

Run by psychologist Kelli and sports scientist Daniel, who “believe fitness should be accessible to everyone, everywhere, regardless of income level or access to a gym.” As such their site contains around 300 workout videos, ranging from 30 minutes to one hour that you can do at home. You can tailor the workouts according to time, equipment needed and target zones.

Bodyrock TV

If you’re easily bored by your workouts then trainer Lisa-Marie (who has abs to die for) is the woman for you. Everyday she uploads daily workouts on her blog, while all of her videos can also be found on her YouTube page.

XHIT Daily

As the name suggests, workouts are loaded daily. What we love about this channel is that it specialises in celebrity-themed routines – Beyonce Butt Workout, anyone? The videos are short allowing you to mix and match classes.

InnerFight

With their aim to help you become the best you can be, the InnerFight team – who are probably some of the fittest people we’ve ever seen – provide intense circuit training routines, which, if followed correctly, will leave you fighting fit. Note: not for the weak willed.

Jessica Smith

Personal trainer Jessica offers over 150 free full-length workout videos and if her figure is anything to go by, the routines certainly work.  Her USP? He cute dog, Peanut, who stars in some of the videos.

Sweaty Betty

Already one of our favourite sportswear brands, now Sweaty Betty’s workouts are also going on our EW Loves list. Ranging from yoga-esque routines to HIIT training, it provides a mix of options to suit your needs.

Athlean XX

No workout is longer than 33 minutes and the focus is on helping you build a lean and toned physique.

GymCube

From bootcamps to ab blasts, boxing and yoga, GymCube has a large library of workouts that can be filtered through duration, intensity, trainer and goals.
