Step 1:

Start your timer and repeat the four exercises in the following circuit as many times as possible within seven minutes. While you are trying to complete each exercise as fast as you can, it is important that you maintain the correct technique throughout.

Step 2:

When the timer is done, take a 60 second break then repeat for another seven minutes.



50 Abs Bikes (25 per side)

50 Mountain Climbers (25 per side)

24 Straight Leg Sit-Up with Twist (12 per side)

10 Burpees
