Unlike most Valentine’s promotions that offer a dine by number affairs complete with dim lighting, candle light and cliche red roses, Frioul Bistro Luxe delivers an contemporary and memorable twist to February 14.Decor
Chic, sleek and oh so French thanks to it’s Parisian-style restaurant vibe – think clean lines, vast vases with opulent floral arrangements, polished wooden floors, and white cosmopolitan seating, complete with a appealing lounge area with inviting sofas. If you want to dine al fresco then the patio area is more Gardens of Versailles, which is stunning during Dubai’s current cooler climes.
Ambience
Sophisticated and mellow. While the bar sits to the side of the restaurant it does not get gregarious. Reflecting the effortlessly chic decor is the gorgeous clientele who are all to happy to chat with the friendly and informative staff. The piece de resistance is the live jazz band who play throughout your dinner offering a sultry soundtrack that sets the tone for a romantic night.
Food
The Valentine’s deal is the perfect for those who enjoy sharing great, simple food with a loved one. A vast selection of eclectic pizzettas (small pizzas to you and I) are served on a wooden board and do not disappoint. From tuna and sweetcorn pizzetta to beef carpaccio (our favourite), garden pizzetta with goats cheese, peas, broadbeans, and fennel, the flavours are an unexpected mix but are hands down some of our favourite toppings to date. Those with dairy or gluten intolerances only need to inform the helpful staff and your needs will be catered to. Great service!
