Prepare for an Unforgettable night

Moroccan-American rapper French Montana is set to take the stage for the first time in Egypt this month. The All The Way Up singer will be performing in Dandy Mega Mall, 6th of October City on April 12.

The gig comes courtesy of the Egypt Calendar Events, which was launched back in 2018. Egypt’s Calendar is an entertainment map of events that is meant to bring the world’s biggest stars to the North African country. For their first event, the calendar brought American singer-songwriter Jason Derulo, Tamer Hosny and DJ David Vendetta to a mega concert on November 23.

French Montana, who’s real name is Karim Kharbouch shot to fame in 2017 with his hit single Unforgettable. Since then he collaborated with some of the biggest names in the music industry, including  Lil’ Wayne, Snoop Dogg, Miley Cyrus and Maroon 5’s lead singer, Adam Levine. His performance comes a month after American rock-funk band Red Hot Chili Peppers made their Egyptian debut. We are glad to see more stars come to Egypt, as the country’s international live entertainment has suffered due to security concerns that surfaced post revolution.
