We all start the New Year with the mantra “new year, new me” only for February to creep up on us and we we haven’t changed a thing. Determined to put an end to fitness procrastination is Flywheel Dubai with a dedicated challenge designed to get you in shape faster than you can say New Year’s Resolution.
There’s no point in dwelling on what we haven’t achieved in terms of our diet and exercise regime in 2014, instead it’s time to plan for 2015, or as we like to call it in EW HQ – Do-thousand & 15.
Flywheel Dubai, which is opening its new studio in Gold & Diamond Park this month, is helping to set the tone for the year in January by teaming up with expert master instructors from NYC as well as the legendary nutritionist Heather Bauer.
The challenge is run over four weeks, kickstarting on January 15. Participants get to choose from two programmes: four Flywheel or four FlyBarre classes a week, for four weeks. Or, if you are really looking to start 2015 with gusto, three Flywheel and three Flybarre classes a week, for four weeks. Regardless of what challenge you choose, participants will receive a challenge mentor, invitations to fitness-workshops and a detailed individualised nutrition plan to help smash those New Year’s goals. There will also be weekly brand partner promotions and giveaways, and a goody bag for all who complete the course.
