The concept celebrates Cordoba’s diverse and storied heritage, where the past and future converge in a symphony of taste and innovation. By unfolding its epicurean tale from the 10th century, each season at this Al Andalus-inspired haven will reveal a new chapter of this extraordinary culinary heritage byblending traditional relishes with a contemporary twist.The restaurant invites patrons to explore ancient Moorish recipes that have woven the cultural fabric of Spain’s Andalusia region while embracing the excitement of the future.
With the chef’s strong commitment to artistry, visitors can embark on a unique culinary experience and indulge in a plethora of dishes ranging from slow cooked veal cheek with celeriac purée, caper leaves, grain mustard and buckwheat to Sheep Cheese, each of which masters an ode to Moorish fare.
