From movie stars to A-list artists, models and news reporters, Fendi has collaborated with 10 iconic women to raise funds for the Kids Company charity.

The initiative involves a special group of iconic women, who exemplify Great Britain’s creative and innovating spirit. The women were invited by Fendi to personalise their own Peekaboo handbag, with each woman running riot with their creative interpretations. Their designs are now up for auction with proceeds going to charity

The stars chosen to take part in the rewarding project are Gwyneth Paltrow, Cara Delevingne, Adele, Jerry Hall, Georgia-May Jagger, Tracey Emin, Zaha Hadid, Naomie Harris, Tanya Ling and Kate Adie.

Designer Silvia Venturini Fendi said: “Growing up in a family of strong and pioneering females, I am excited that such iconic women, leaders in their own fields, have been involved in this project, on this iconic Fendi bag. This project will not only allow Fendi to work with these incredible women, but also to raise valuable funds for Kids Company and help support their important work.”

The Peekaboo bags will be displayed in Fendi’s new flagship store on New Bond Street and will be available to purchase through a dedicated online auction fendi.com/peekaboo-auction. All proceeds from the auction will be donated to London and Bristol based charity Kids Company. This partnership will help Kids Company continue their vital work providing practical, emotional and educational support to exceptionally vulnerable inner-city children and young people in the UK.

Auction bidding for the 10 unique bags started on May 1 and closes on May 30.
