R&B singer Kelly Rowland brought the sparkle to the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas last night, wearing a heavily bejeweled creation by Dubai based Haute Couturier, Rami Al Ali.
Shown in Rami’s Spring/Summer 2013 collection the embellished dress looked Great Gatsby glamorous on the catwalk but on Kelly it was pure Billboard worthy bling – well, she is in Vegas after all!
Kelly completed her look with diamonds and strappy silver sandals while her make up was a smokey eye and peony pink lip.
