The artists
For the first time, artists Nicholas Johnson (image above) and Tom Poeet will be in the Middle East to host an exhibition of their latest work at The Edit. With an intimate presentation of 10 works on paper, both artists explore notions of the landscape through their own distinctive style of painting.
Trip to Hollywood
Paramount Pictures hotel has finally opened it’s doors in Dubai. Spanning 69 floors, the property includes 823 guest rooms, eight restaurants, private screening room and a stylish pool deck. Each floor is covered in never-before-seen photographs captured behind-the-scenes of some of the most iconic movies, while the restaurant names also keep to the cinematic theme – The Stage and Flashback for example.
