Head Chef Monserrato Marini has been busy designing new dishes for Scalini, an Italian restaurant located at the Four Seasons Jumeriah. Choose from a refreshing Mozzarella salad and Osso Buco aka 480g braised veal shank to a white creamy Pizza Tartufo with truffles.

Nikki Beach throws a Red Party every year across their global locations, but this will be the first time they will also stage it in Dubai. Flamenco-themed festivities will start at midday on Friday with a series of resident DJ’s and some seriously good grub.
