Fragrance has an incredible power to transport your mind to a memory or even a place.
Cult fragrance house Le Labo has long been admired by editors and beauty fans for it’s unique combination of ingredients and minimalist packaging. Santal 33 has found a place on the beauty shelves of fragrance lovers around the world, but the brand has an impressive array of other notable scents and a collection of perfumes dedicated to a specific city.
These City Exclusives are only sold in the city they are made for so don’t even bother calling up the New York boutique in the hopes that they will send you their signature scent. However, once a year for one month only the brand makes all of the city exclusives available in all of it’s stores – perfect for those who have been dreaming of the seductive Vanille 44 which normally can only be found in Paris.
Those who are currently outside of Dubai can enjoy a scent of home as there is also a fragrance dedicated to our glittering city. Cuir 28 has a very dark and memorable personality thanks to its intoxicating notes of leather and wood. There are also hints of vanilla which result in an oriental mood.
There are 14 cities in total that are part of the edit and they will only be available in the Le Labo Perfume Labs across UAE, KSA, Kuwait and Qatar until September 30 so we suggest spending a portion of the weekend testing each one until you find your dream city, whether it’s Seoul’s Citron 28 with its citrus notes or the vibrant and woody Tabac 28 that captures the opulent personality of Miami.
Your nose can go on a vacation, even if you can’t for now.
