To keep it modern, pick a shade that’s a couple of tones darker than your favourite nude hue and make sure to go in with a lipliner to keep the look clean and sharp. You can add a gloss for a true nineties vibe, but we suggest sticking to a matte finish if you want to keep it in 2019.
Unlike the beloved decade, leave the hair crimp-free and forget the skinny eyebrows, instead focus on a glowy complexion and minimal eye makeup.
