Since it is still too-hot in the UAE for outdoor activities, we enjoy spending our time indoors, watching a movie or two. The thing is, with Netflix, every month there are new releases and new shows and movies added to the streaming service’s already rich library.

So, here is what is coming to Netflix in September. Get your popcorn ready and prepare for some major bingeing.

Hip-Hop Evolution (Season 3)

Release date: 6 September

Hip-Hop Evolution is a Canadian music documentary series that profiles the history of hip-hop music through interviews with many of the genre’s leading cultural figures. So, if you are a fan of the music genre, this show is for you. With only two season released, the series has managed to win several awards including am Peabody Award and the 2017 International Emmy Award for Best Arts Programming. The first to season are available for bingeing now. 

Elite (Season 2)

Release date: 6 September

Spanish series Elite is one of Netflix’s most successful dramas, which left fans wanting more after the ending so season one. Now you don’t wait to wait any longer, as the second season is here. The show will pick up after the murder of a classmate, with Samuel looking for the murder. With new cast joining the show, fans can expect more drama to unfold, secrets revealed and new relationships formed. Count us in!

The Politician

Release date: 27 September

From the creator of Glee and American Horror Story, Ryan Murphy comes the story of Payton Hobart a boy aspiring to be the President of the United States. However, before all that, Payton has to pass the hardest test of all – high-school. Full of comedy and sly satire, the series stars Ben Platt, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jessica Lange, Zoey Deutch and Lucy Boynton . We are already obsessed!

Skylines

Release date: 27 September

The German series centres around a young and gifted hip-hop producer who receives a golden opportunity to sign a contract with Skyline Records. However, it isn’t all sunny, as the things quicly take a turn when the label owner’s brother returns from exile, demanding his part of the share.

Bard of Blood (Bollywood)

Release date: 27 September

A brilliant agent who served under the recently murdered Sadiq Sheikh, Kabir was expelled from RAW because of a disastrous mission in Balochistan ten years prior. Kabir, along with courageous analyst, Isha Khanna, and a sleeper agent, Veer Singh, must take on a covert mission in Balochistan when four Indian spies are captured. First however, Kabir must revisit the demons from his past, avenge his mentor and face his deadliest enemies back in Balochistan, all while racing against time to save both his country and his long lost love.
