Happy Birthday, Elissa!

Yesterday, one of the biggest stars in the Middle East, Elissa celebrated her birthday. It has been a whirlwind year for the singer, who recovered from breast cancer and announced that her next album will be her last. But it is a new year for the Ila Kol Elli Bihebbouni singer and she celebrated by joining the Lebanese protests.

Currently, all eyes are on Lebanon as hundreds of thousands of demonstrators flooded the streets, asking for a change in regime. From day one, many stars showed their support and even took to the streets like actress Nadine Nassib Njeim and influencer Jessica Kahawaty.

Meanwhile, Elissa was very vocal on social media and made numerous posts on her Instagram. However, on Saturday, a day before her birthday, the singer stood by her fellow Lebanese people. The 47-year-old walked the streets of Beirut while holding a large Lebanese flag.
