Renowned Lebanese fashion designer Elie Saab is all set to collaborate with Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority (GEA) during the highly anticipated 2024 Riyadh Season.

The creative convergence was solidified in London, orchestrated by Faisal Bafarat, the CEO of GEA, and Elie Saab Jr., the visionary at the helm of the fashion house.

This alliance aims to transcend traditional boundaries, merging the realms of fashion and entertainment into a one-of-a-kind experiential activation that promises to captivate visitors.

The culmination of this artistic fusion will be the unveiling of Elie Saab’s Fall 2025 collection — inspired by the dynamic spirit of Riyadh Season.

Turki Al-Sheikh, the esteemed Chairman of GEA, expressed his enthusiasm for expanding Riyadh Season’s horizons by engaging with influential figures across various domains. In a statement, he articulated, “In Riyadh Season, we work to connect with the biggest names in different fields, enriching the entertainment options. Fashion is one of those.” Al-Sheikh extended his gratitude to Minister of Culture Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan and Deputy Minister of Culture Hamid bin Mohammed Fayez for their dedicated efforts in this collaborative endeavor.

Elie Saab reciprocated the excitement, expressing his joy at being part of Riyadh Season 2024. He conveyed, “We will create something unprecedented and new to celebrate the important occasion in Riyadh, a city that supports creativity and cultural diversity in the region.” This echoes Saab’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of fashion and embracing innovation.

Notably, this collaboration follows Elie Saab’s strategic move in 2023, opening a flagship store at Via Riyadh Mall — a testament to the designer’s foresight in recognizing the evolving luxury landscape in the Saudi capital.
