Guests can enjoy creations like Carpaccio di porcini (porcini Carpaccio with marinated fennel), pappardelle al ragù (homemade pappardelle with beef ragù), and Agnello “alla Cacciatora” (braised lamb shank). For a complete experience, Il Borro’s expert team of sommeliers have perfectly paired each dish with a distinct wine selection, including organic Tuscan wines from Il Borro’s own collection.

Launching this weekend, DIFC hotspot Hutong has introduced a new brunch – the Imperial Brunch which pays tribute to the Manchu-Han Imperial Feast, a legendary banquet in the Qing dynasty. Brunch-goers can immerse themselves in the traditional Chinese entertainment and sounds of the resident DJ, whilst indulging in Hutong’s exquisite Chinese fare – the epitome of Northern Chinese cuisine. The three-course sharing feast features dim-sum, steamed bao buns and a fine selection of signature dishes such as Yun Nan Chicken Stir-Fried (with an aromatic truffle sauce) and Pan-fried Sea Bass. Global restaurant Hakkasan closed its doors in Dubai temporarily over the summer, but it has now reopened with a refreshed look and a reimagined menu. The recent Hakkasan remodel features a stylish new lounge area, inviting guests to enjoy pre or post-dinner cocktails and signature bites in a more relaxed space. Meanwhile, the menu continues to offer restaurant signatures as well as a selection of brand-new dishes featuring sustainably sourced produce.
