Always innovating, Il Borro’s head chefs have curated an exquisite menu offering a variety of exciting dishes that highlight porcini as the main ingredient, with some dishes featuring a delicate and flavourful porcini and truffle combination. Guests can enjoy creations like Carpaccio di porcini (porcini Carpaccio with marinated fennel), pappardelle al ragù (homemade pappardelle with beef ragù), and Agnello “alla Cacciatora” (braised lamb shank). For a complete experience, Il Borro’s expert team of sommeliers have perfectly paired each dish with a distinct wine selection, including organic Tuscan wines from Il Borro’s own collection.

Launching this weekend, DIFC hotspot Hutong has introduced a new brunch – the Imperial Brunch which pays tribute to the Manchu-Han Imperial Feast, a legendary banquet in the Qing dynasty. Brunch-goers can immerse themselves in the traditional Chinese entertainment and sounds of the resident DJ, whilst indulging in Hutong’s exquisite Chinese fare – the epitome of Northern Chinese cuisine. The three-course sharing feast features dim-sum, steamed bao buns and a fine selection of signature dishes such as Yun Nan Chicken Stir-Fried (with an aromatic truffle sauce) and Pan-fried Sea Bass. Global restaurant Hakkasan closed its doors in Dubai temporarily over the summer, but it has now reopened with a refreshed look and a reimagined menu. The recent Hakkasan remodel features a stylish new lounge area, inviting guests to enjoy pre or post-dinner cocktails and signature bites in a more relaxed space. Meanwhile, the menu continues to offer restaurant signatures as well as a selection of brand-new dishes featuring sustainably sourced produce.
