His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, was recently spotted out in one of his favourite areas in Dubai to dine in, DIFC, putting a restaurant known for its modern Afghan cuisine, on our radars.
