The Carpaccio di gamberi rossi (red prawn Carpaccio with watermelon, sour cream, and “Calvisius” trasmontanus caviar) is sure to impress with its perfectly balanced acidity and refreshing taste. Main courses include a delicious tagliolini zucchini e caviale dish (tagliolini pasta with zucchini cream and “Calvisius” imperial caviar) as well as a stunning, tender, and flaky merluzzo al burro (seared cod with beurre blanc and “calvicius” royal caviar) that is full of delicious flavours and aromas.
