Enjoy somewhat of a theatrical time at Hutong Dubai, with their signature dish the Flaming Peking Duck. The fiery process takes place right before diners’ eyes, where you can see the chef’s impeccable skills at play. The duck is served with traditional handmade steamed pancakes and with cucumber and spring onions. With three sauces available, guests can opt for either traditional hoisin sauce, black pepper or truffle sauce which pairs beautifully with the duck’s fragrant spices. The Flaming Peking Duck is available every evening, priced at Dhs410 and serves four to six people, which needs to be ordered 24 hours prior to dining.
