This weekend is your last chance to indulge in SushiSamba’s Peruvian Sambakase dinner experience. Available until August 7, the five-course menu pays homage to the restaurant’s distinct Peruvian heritage, which is blended with the cultures and cuisines of Japan and Brazil to curate the restaurant’s internationally acclaimed dining experience. Inspired by the Japanese term ‘Omakase’, which literally translates into “I leave it up to you”, the Peruvian Sambakase menu embraces the Japanese dining ethos of having the chef select and serve seasonal specialities to their guests. Priced at Dhs520 per person, the Peruvian Sambakase dining menu promises to deliver an unforgettable journey through Peru, in a manner that is unique and authentic to SushiSamba’s iconic culinary DNA.
