Luxury lifestyle destination SAL, located on the expansive terrace of the iconic Burj Al Arab, has launched a contemporary summer lunch menu carefully crafted to complement the last lazy days of summer. Hero dishes on the limited-edition menu include wild crab served on sourdough and topped with egg and a dusting of paprika, king crab trenette pasta with fresh basil, pesto, espelette chilli and a drizzle of balsamic, followed by Portuguese dourada, seabream served with baked potatoes and stone oven chicken empanada, baked lemon chicken served with freshly cut French fries
Celebrate Emirati Women’s Day
Celebrate the incredible women from the UAE this Saturday as the nation marks the sixth annual Emirati Women’s Day. This year the theme of the day celebrating UAE women is ‘Women: Ambitions & Inspiration for the Next 50 Years’ as announced by the Mother of the Nation, Sheikha Fatima, earlier this year.
