Dubai Opera and Core Direction have come together to offer Yogi’s a unique opportunity to take part in a series of sunset yoga sessions while being surrounded by the glittering skyscrapers of Downtown Dubai. Insta Yoga moment? We think so.
Kicking off this weekend, the 60-minute Vinyasa flow sessions will be held from 6pm to 7pm every Saturday and Monday at the Opera Garden, located between Dubai Opera and the Burj Khalifa. Perfectly blending the holistic experience with a modern setting, this is by far going to be one of the most urban Yoga experiences you could try.
Priced at Dhs100, each session will be led by Core Direction’s team of resident yoga gurus and you can book your spot through Core Direction’s booking app. There are 100 spots per class, so you’re bound to bump into someone you know or see it as an excuse to discover the Yoga community in the city.
Note that Yoga mats and towels will not be provided so make sure to bring your own essentials to the session.
Afterwards, we suggest grabbing a nutritious smoothie at The Dubai Mall before catching The Dubai Fountains in action.
