As Dubai continues to make its mark in the world of luxury, the emirate is now home to one of the world’s most expensive penthouses in the world.
Located on Dubai’s The Palm, OMNIYAT is the property developer behind the luxury penthouse.
Luxury platform Prestige identified the property as one of the eight most expensive penthouses in the world.
Back in 2017, the five-bedroom penthouse was sold for Dhs102 million (USD$27.6 million), officially making it one of the most expensive penthouses worldwide.
The exclusive property is located in One Palm by the Dorchester collection which is situated right at the start of Palm Jumeirah and offers sweeping views of the spectacular Dubai Marina skyline.
The spectacular building was designed by two acclaimed designers – Super Potato, a Japanese design firm which is known for its minimalist designs, and Elycion a London-based design firm, which was behind the One Hyde Park.
Not many specific details are known about the penthouse itself, but the building amenities are impressive, to say the least. This includes a 12-seater indoor cinema, private jetty, gym, sauna, hair salon, business lounge with private meeting room, 100-metre private beach, beach club facilities and more, There’s even a luxurious spa managed by high-end beauty brand ESPA.
