The runway opened with Pipatchara’s “The Eternal Symphony,” this collection introduced a new realm of modern lifestyle designs, featuring 30 looks crafted with advanced 3D laser-cut micro-plastic aesthetics and exquisite sparkling jewellery. With a colour palette spanning green, black, white, crystal, and silver, it celebrated the harmony of responsible opulence.

Lili Blanc, on the other hand, drew inspiration from the beauty of lilies for her “Shades of Lili” collection. The result was a display of inclusivity, femininity, and strength, as models walked the runway in ensembles showcasing the versatility of fabrics, from crepe to vegan leather. The designs featured well-defined shoulders, sleek silhouettes, and empowering black and electric colours, encapsulating a confident woman’s spirit.

Weinsanto, a DFW member, presented a collection that challenged the status quo. With a carefully curated colour palette, his pieces conveyed a sense of melancholic drama, inspired by the concept of “A Perfect Day.” The collection included elegant ensembles in neutral tones and black and white outfits, all with a touch of cowboy-style influence. Notably, Weinsanto’s reimagined wedding dress made of distressed denim and embroidered lace was a standout piece, reflecting his unique artistic vision.

Lama Jouni, a designer dedicated to reimagining the concept of a versatile wardrobe, showcased her collection, emphasizing female empowerment. Her palette balanced classic black with vibrant hues, featuring sheer fabrics, stylish cut-outs, and statement blazers. The runway was an array of fitted and oversized blazers, paired with striking panta shoes, creating an overall captivating look.
Jil Sander X Ounass
In a different style, the Jil Sander x Ounass presentation at The Dubai Edition – Downtown brought together media, influencers, celebrities, and fashion enthusiasts for the unveiling of the Jil Sander Pre-Fall 2023 collection. This collaboration showcased the timeless elegance and contemporary appeal that the fashion world has come to expect from Jil Sander.
