After a two-year hiatus with virtual fashion shows dominating the industry, in-person presentations are finally back.

To top it all off, some of our very own Dubai-based content creators are seen walking the runway for Elisabetta Franchi at Milan Fashion Week.

With physical shows back in the limelight, this luxurious fashion label stepped out of the norm by presenting the collection on a group of faithful friends and ambassadors of the brand, who championed the pieces with their own flair.

Seen embodying the strength of the female spirit, Emirates Woman shares some of the key Dubai-based personalities who walked the runway.

Zeynab El-Helw

This renowned content creator who has cultivated an impressive name for herself in the fashion industry is seen walking the ramp in a sophisticated sequined silhouette that stunned the audience. Often known under the pseudonym ‘Fashion Pirate’, Zeynab is known for her impressive social media presence and for being a successful entrepreneur. Adorned in a piece that effortlessly embodied the house’s codes, her fashion choices definitely make her one of the most sought-after personalities in the industry.

Deema Al-Asadi

The Iraqi influencer who became an Instagram sensation was eventually seen attending exclusive fashion events as her styling content gained traction. For the show, Deema was seen in a black sequined dress with a cropped blazer and a red lip to compliment the entire look.

She shared a post on Instagram with a caption that said, “It’s definitely a pinch-me moment for me to walk in Milan Fashion for me to walk at Milan Fashion Week for the @elisabettafranchi F/W 22 fashion show.”

“Thank you @elisabettafranchi for making a dream come true,” she added.

The Lebanese presenter walked in a show-stopping floor-length green dress that was tailored with subtle pleating and a jaw-dropping finish, adding to the list of elegant ensembles that evening.

Alanoud Badr

Known as ‘Fozaza’, Alanoud was seen in a red tulle dress designed with immaculate attention to detail and matching red heels to complement the look.

As a joyful narration for post-pandemic dressing, the collection displayed contemporary pieces that were translated into an unparalleled fashion show that took place at Museo Della Permanente, which is a stunning art museum and featured more than 300 works of art.

To add to the charm of the show, our January cover star and Lebanese TV presenter, Diala Makki sat front row as a VIP guest to support the Arab stars.
