Taken their love to social media
It is 2019, and relationships are made or broken based on social media presence, especially on Instagram. And now after leaving us guessing, Dua Lipa has finally made her relationship with Anwar Hadid Instagram official.
The British pop-star and the model/jewellery designer/musician have been linked together for weeks, but never seemed to confirm their relationship. Even though, Dua and Anwar have been spotted cuddling, holding hands and all around loved up, we didn’t know where there relationship stood. Until now that is. Last Thursday, the One Kiss hitmaker shared a set of three pictures, one of which included her rumoured beau (the second pic in the carousel).

If that wasn’t all the proof that you needed to believe that the two are dating, then head to the comments section. Both Anwar’s mom Yolanda and his older sister, Gigi commented on Dua’s post. Gigi commented “cuteness” underneath the post, while Yolanda Hadid simply left a telling love heart emoji.
But that wasn’t all. Days later, the pop-singer took Anwar to her native Kosovo for her music festival SunnyHill Festival. While there, the two were inseparable and made frequent appearances on each-others Instagram feed and stories. They were spotted dancing, singing-along and laughing – it seems like they had the time of their life. Dua posted another set of images on her timeline, which included her friend, family and Anwar (this time appearing in the seventh image)

So how did Anwar and Dua get together? According to TMZ, they bonded over music. In April, the 20-year-old model quietly released his debut album, Bleach, and has apparently showed his work with the One Kisssinger, who is friends with his sister Gigi. The outlet reported that “things really started to snowball around early June” when Anwar found out the Dua was single and “reached out to her for a date.” Sources told the site that the pair “went out, had a good time and liked each other enough to run it back.” Ever since, the two have been always spotted together.
