For a guilt-free snack, munch on celery. It may not be as attractive as a chocolate bar or as tasty as a giant block of cheese, but if you’re struggling to ditch the extra weight and have constant binge cravings, then the green stick will become your best friend.
Celery only has three calories per stick and is full of fibre, which aids digestion. Its diuretic properties also helps you lose excess water, which can accumulate at the waist.
So, as far as diet tips go, this is a fun one – you can still eat!
