Your checklist

As UAE take further action to maintain the spread of COVID-19, schools and universities are now under distance-learning initiative, and some offices have shut down with staff told to work from home. Anyone who has travelled recently have been encouraged to self-quarantine as an additional precaution, and as a result many are stocking up on essentials.

Across social media accounts, some have shared images of empty shelves in their local supermarkets, similar to what we have seen in Europe. While there has been no reason to worry of supplies running low, it’s never bad idea to stock up. Here is what you need to be filling your cupboards with. Note, we are not encouraging you to take all the supplies you can carry, only as much as you need for your family for 30 days, so be conscious of the fact that others need these items too. It takes all of us to be healthy in order to tackle coronavirus.
