Looking for a fitness regime to get in shape for your big day? MPDS Acrobatics, Yoga and Pilates Studio JLT is the Middle Eastern base of the world famous Milan Pole Dance Studio. Launched in Dubai in March 2014, it is the first dedicated pole dance studio in the region, for ladies only.

Fridays at the Milan Pole Dance Studio (MPDS) are reserved for private parties and bachelorettes. One lucky bride will win a Private Party worth Dhs2,200 for herself and 10 of her best girl friends. Two runners up will receive a voucher to join three group Pole Dance classes each, worth Dhs 390.

MPDS is located on the 15^th floor of Al Mazaya Business Avenue Tower AA1, Jumeirah Lakes Towers.
