There’s no better way to cool down in the summer than splashing around in a pool with family and friends. But what if you don’t know how to swim? Well, not to worry. We have teamed up with Speedo SwimSquads Dubai to offer one reader and their child the chance to join the Speedo SwimSquads Dubai Adult & Child classes during the summer holidays.

In the class you will get the chance to take part in a course run by highly-qualified and licensed teachers under the ASA ‘Swimmark’ standards of excellence. Children from as young as six months can be introduced to activity in the water at the Speedo SwimSquads with programmes such as Baby Ducks and Ducklings. The lessons are teacher lead and incorporate lots of fun activities in the water while in a safe environment with a parent or guardian.

The winner will receive two weeks of complimentary swim lessons for an adult and child on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings as well as a Speedo ‘Learn to Swim’ pack full of the latest training aids designed to encourage your child and you to explore, enjoy, play and become confident swimmers.

 The prize is non-transferable. Winners must be over the age of 18 and be a parent or guardian of the accompanying child. Speedo Swim Squad Adult & Child Classes take place at the Collegiate American School in Umm Suqeim 2. Winners can book any two weeks that classes are running through the summer.
