Since taking the helm in 2018, Hedi Slimane has breathed new life into Celine while staying true to its core values.Slimane, known for his sharp tailoring and rock-and-roll influences, has brought a touch of youthful rebellion to Celine’s timeless elegance.
The Plein Soleil collection embodies this perfect blend. Inspired by Slimane’s affinity for the French Riviera and Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the collection bridges the gap between seaside leisure and sophisticated city style. Think long, languid days spent by the Mediterranean followed by glamorous evenings under the Parisian sky.
Luxurious details elevate everyday pieces. The iconic Triomphe line, a Celine staple, gets a summer refresh with wicker, textile, and natural leather variations featuring braided details.
