The Middle East’s largest nerd convention is back and bigger than ever. There’ll be workshops, talks, cosplayers galore, and best of all – celebrities.
If you’ve already nabbed yourself some tickets for Dubai Comic Con, which runs from on April 7 to 9, or still need that extra bit of convincing, here are some of the celebrities you can expect to see:
Summer Glau
Original nerds will remember Summer from her role as River in TV show Firefly and its movie adaptation Serenity, but more recently she’s been playing the roles of Cameron in Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, as well as Tess Doerner in The 4400 and Isabel Rochev in Arrow.
Nikolaj Coster-Waldau
He’s got a string of movies under his belt, but Nikolaj is probably best known for his role as Jaime Lannister, one of the most complex characters in the HBO hit series Game of Thrones. Nikolaj will be meeting fans on Thursday and Friday at Comic Con.
