So much so, the Italian brand has announced some extremely exciting news for its UAE customers: they have launched their new e-commerce site for the region.
And while their new shopping experience is all digital-based, the luxury fashion house is aiming to give customers the real experience, just in virtual form.
Enter the 360-degree experience Bvlgari will have on its site, with the “same service of excellence delivered in a Bvlgari boutique”, according to CEO Jean-Christophe Babin.

With 3D product images and augmented reality features, the Maison aims to make the customer experience just as it would be in-store, without their clientele having to leave the comfort of their own homes.
With free shipping and flexible delivery, as well as complimentary exchanges both online or at a boutique, Bvlgari’s new e-commerce venture really is a win, win for everyone involved.
“The key to this success lies in its smooth interconnection with the ‘physical’ boutique and the other digital channels – therefore, in our coherent omnichannel approach and total alignment of boutiques associates and consumer care advisors,” the Bvlgari CEO added.
