Emotional stress and office-related tension, I recommend a 1-hour facial combined with a 15-minute scalp massage, which can greatly enhance overall well-being. For those who hold stress in their muscles, I suggest a body massage, particularly the hot stone massage. The heat from the volcanic lava stones helps relax muscles and joints.
