The ever-popular Chef Manal, Chef Orfali and Chef Hayat will be sharing some of their most coveted dishes for creating Ramadan feasts.

Bil Afya Maa Hayat

Emirati chef Hayat Al Shaibani prepares four course menus incorporating traditional GCC meals but with an international twist, or cleverly incorporates GCC cooking techniques within international menus.

Airs Tuesday-Thursdays and Saturdays during Ramadan at 1:50pm (KSA).

Matbakh Manal Alalem

Chef Manal Alallem, the Queen of Arabian Kitchen, will appear in some Ramadan cooking shows, with each episode showcasing a new four course set menu of appetiser, main course, dessert and accompanying beverage featuring some of Manal’s own recipe creations.

Airs each day during Ramadan at 12pm (KSA)

Shu Biyheb Al Orf

In every episode of Shu Biyheb Al Orf, Chef Mohammad Orfali crafts three recipes from a mix of cuisines around the world and shares his personal stories behind each of the dishes.
