Talk us through your morning routine.

I wake up around 5.30am, repeat positive affirmations, then have my morning coffee and my supplements. I then meditate on an accupressure mat for 10 minutes before exercising. After that I have a shower and do my skincare routine. Then I’m ready for breakfast before work.

How does your evening routine differ?

I always have a shower or a bath as soon as I’m home from work, as I love to get cosy for the evening. I spend time on my skincare, by really massaging products into my skin with a skin tool. I find it so relaxing! Then, I usually just try to switch off by watching a TV show, or reading a book. I always turn my phone off by 9pm latest as I like to give my mind a rest from stimulation before I sleep. I try to always fall asleep to a manifesting meditation or an affirmation playlist.

What are your go-to skincare products?

I love the Susanne Kaufmann eye roller serum, CeraVe face wash, Skinceuticals serum for Rosacea and I’m using Paula’s Choice azelaic acid (10%) at the moment which has been really helping my skin recently too.

What can always be found in your makeup bag?

My makeup bag always has a host of beauty products such as the Natasha Denona Concealer, Make up by Mario matte eyeshadow palette, the Lancôme mascara, the Victoria Beckham Contour Stick, Chantecaille foundation, Eyelash colours, Laura Mercier Translucent powder, MAC Cork Lip Liner and HUDA Beauty Sugar Lip Gloss.

Let’s talk fragrance. What are you loving at the moment?

My top fragrances now are the classic Baccarat from Maison Francis Kurkdjian and Byredo’s Vanilla Antique inspired by flowers.

How do you choose your evening fragrance?

I like a perfume to make me feel feminine yet powerful and so I choose one that will make me feel like that.

Talk us through your hair routine.

I had very bad dermatitis of the scalp so I now only use Philip Kingsley itchy scalp shampoo, and I don’t use conditioner anymore to protect my hair extension (I have tapes!). It’s not the best hair routine but it seems to work.

What is the most unusual item in your makeup bag?

I don’t think I use anything unusual personally, but every time I am looking for make-up I end up finding one of my son’s toys or something totally random that he has left in there. Yesterday I found a miniature spoon in there!
