I see it, I like it, I want it, I got it
Five months ago, pop-diva Ariana Grande turned her past relationships into a mega-hit with the release of Thank U, Next. Now, she is taking it a step further by launching a beauty line inspired by the certified Platinum single.
Thank U, Next has marked a new era for the 25-year-old singer, who released the single in November and then an album of the same name in February. The album, which was released six months after her Sweetener record, has blessed us with three hit singles: Thank U, Next, 7 Rings and Break Up with Your Girlfriend, I’m Bored. Now, she has filed for a trademark to create a line of beauty products.
According to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Ariana filed for a trademark under the title, “Ariana Grande Thank U, Next,” on April 2. Moreover, this trademark is said to include a number of beauty products. It will feature fragrances, body lotions, bath gels, body scrubs and body mists, among others.
This is not the singer’s first foray into the world of beauty, as she already has a line of fragrances. Her perfumes included Moonlight, Clouds, Ari and Sweet Like Candy, sold at Ulta Beauty. Moreover, last November, Lush released a bath bomb inspired by the aesthetic of Ariana’s God is a Woman music video. The trademark was filed by GrandAri Inc., which owns her fragrance line.
