After the collaboration of the cult shoe designer Amina Muaddi and singer-turned-fashion mogul, Rihanna launched back in July, the collection has continued to be a huge success despite the pandemic fostering a fanbase around the world.

With the renowned singer, Rihanna being Muaddi’s first celebrity fan, the footwear capsule was an organic decision for both as they entered into the uncharted territory.

With Fenty’s experimental edge and Muaddi’s glamourous streak, both of them explored new opportunities while the collaboration let their fans indulge in an instant gratification giving dressing up a whole new meaning during the pandemic.

While it’s clear the collaboration has garnered a cult fanbase, it’s also been noticed by fashion’s elite as the Amina Muaddi X Fenty collaboration is set to receive an award at the upcoming 34th edition of the FN Achievement Awards as ‘Collaborator of the Year’.
