Any breakfast venue that serves an Americano the size of my head is always going to be a firm favourite of mine, and this is what Bo House has become.

If you know me at all, you will know my love for healthy ingredients and I’m always out, sourcing the new healthy eatery in Dubai.
Last weekend, I stopped by Bo House situated right in the heart of the JBR walk, perfect distance from the beach and a light 15 minute stroll from my apartment, on the Marina.
I like my breakfast place to have the right ambience and chill factor and Bo House has just that. One downside is the construction, pretty much obstructing the beautiful view of the beach, but as this is general problem in Dubai, it’s something you do get used to it!
Mexican style eggs – arriba!
My main attraction to Bo House was the new variety of egg dishes available, ranging from eggs with hollandaise, bruschetta, smoked salmon, Arabic style or Mexican style.
I opted for the Mexican style, Speedy Bonzal eggs, that come served scrambled with turkey ham, a side of tortilla chips and homemade guacamole. The mashed avocado was creamy, with a little spice – in my opinion the perfect compliment for eggs.
Not your standard breakfast order but as I start everyday of the week with plain scrambled eggs, I decided to mix it up.
My brunching partner opted for Scandan eggs that came served on a slice of toast with a delicious topping of smoked salmon.
Fresh coconut water, the ultimate refreshing beverage
I finished the breakfast with a delicious fresh coconut water, sipping directly from the coconut it’s self. Perfect for hydrating, the all-natural drink is great for detoxifying and repairing the body and the benefit of pure coconut water is the lack of artificial sugars that you will find in the packaged cartons on the shelves.
Bo House Cafe offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. It opens 9:00am till midnight. During Pyjamarama, there’s the regular menu and on top of that breakfast meals are available all day.
