Dubai isn’t short of awe-inspiring architecture – and this just-unveiled development is no exception.
Say hello to the newest Address hotel, which will be located at Jumeirah Beach Residences in Dubai Marina.
It’s Emaar’s first beachfront resort under its flagship hotel brand, and the developer looks keen to make a statement with this doughnut-inspired structure.
The Address Jumeirah Resort will be made up of 182 hotels rooms, serviced residences and residential apartments, spread over a 290-metre rectangular tower with a gaping hole in the middle.

The development will sit at the southern end of the JBR strip, and the properties for sale will go on the market in the near future.
So what are the facilities like?
Well as you’d expect from a 74-storey futuristic building like this, they’re pretty modern.
Guests and residents can make use of a rooftop infinity pool (plus two other swimming pools), 100 metres of beach frontage, a selection of restaurants, cafes and bars, plus a top-floor lounge.
As if that didn’t sound enough, there’ll also be a spa, 24/7 gym, and ballrooms and boardrooms for all corporate needs.
The twin-towered structure will overlook the currently-in-construction Ain Dubai ferris wheel, as well as Bluewaters Island, and will have a link to Sheikh Zayed Road.
The hotel and residences will take up a tower each, while there’ll be separate facilities for guests and permanent residents alike.
There’s no word yet on when we can expect an opening, but we’ll keep you updated.
Another Address coming later this year
Almost a year after the New Year’s Eve blaze that destroyed the Address Downtown Hotel, Emaar will open its first new Address hotel in six years in the next few months.
The extravagant five-star hotel is set to open in late 2016, and will be housed on the lower floors of a new, 72-storey Downtown Dubai tower linked to The Dubai Mall.
Address Boulevard will be the 33rd tallest building in the world and the second tallest – after the Burj Khalifa – in the Dubai neighbourhood.

The hotel will comprise 196 rooms on the lower floors, including 36 suites and a club lounge, while there’ll also be serviced residences, a massive spa, and restaurants.
