Bollywood beauty and star, Deepika Mehta, is coming to Dubai to host an Ashtanga Workshop.
Fitness guru to Bollywood stars Deepika Mehta will hosting an Ashtanga workshop at Dubai’s largest yoga studio, 136.1 Yoga Studio in the heart of Dubai Marina as part of a month of introductory classes in February. Others will include Ayurveda Immersion, and an introductory course in Pranayama and Meditation.
Deepika Mehta, whose clients include Indian actresses, presidents and top CEOs, will run a one week Ashtanga course for Body Mind Transformation. The classes will focus on developing strength and flexibility with correct Vinyasa, alignment and breathing, while flowing through the series of postures and working on a theme in each class.

“Deepika will help you deepen your Ashtanga practice or start one,”s says a 136.1 Yoga Studio spokesperson. “The student will have daily guided Ashtanga classes working on a specific theme, workshops on technique, and a free daily diet plan designed by her to take your practice to the next level and transform your Body Mind.”

If you’re not convinced that yoga is for you, Mehta suggests otherwise, revealing it is essentially to eliminating toxins and helping you turn back the clocks. she says: “Yoga cleanses and purifies the body of all its stored toxins, thus being the perfect fitness tool and an anti-ageing elixir.”
Those who sign up to Mehta’s week course will receive a daily email with an inspirational note, small goal setting exercises to do to manifest their goals and also a daily diet plan.
