The fabulous French Brasserie brunch at Imperium will definitely put a little oh la la into your Friday
DÉCOR
Think plenty of marble and gold, high vaulted ceilings, crystal chandeliers and gigantic Greek columns – it has the appeal of aristocratic splendor you’d normally only find in a stately home or palace.
FOOD
Their spectacular offering is abundant with French fancies – such as seafood terrine, foie gras and a tower of oysters, along with rustic favorites such as the French onion soup, melt in the mouth beef Wellington and an array of carverys that come with all the trimmings. Plus cheese lovers will rejoice with the artisan slabs of the proper French smelly stuff. For some sweet endings – there are too many to list, and also stack on your plate. That means you may have to go up more than once to take real advantage, but all you need to know is they’re both good and plenty.
Say cheese!
AMBIENCE
Laid back and all that jazz. No really – the singer with her jazzy dulcet tones ensures you get that feel-good-factor rather than the usual Gaviscon-inducing race to the Brunch finish line.
WHY BOTHER?
You can sit outside and in between courses, you get to gawp at the glorious, uninterrupted sea views too. The most relaxed brunch out there.
