It might sound or seem old fashioned, but when I have meetings I prefer to dress up a little and this almost always means donning a dress.
There is always a blazer and heels to complete the look and the cardinal fashion rule (well, my own personal rule at least) is to always leave something about you or your ensemble messy. In this case it’s my hair.
