Glute Kickbacks (20 reps on each leg)

Tips: Neutral spine. Take leg far back and from there lift up as high as you can without collapsing the spine. Squeeze glutes at the top

Mountain climbers (20 reps. Counting there and back as one)

Hip Abduction Exercise On The Ball (20 reps)

Tips: You don’t want your abs on the ball so much as your pelvis. Keep legs as high as you can and pull them apart as far as you can and back

Lateral Steps(20 reps. Counting there and back as one)

Hip Raises (20 reps)

Tips: Using soft ball put it between the knees. Put your feet close to your butt. Keep hands on your hips or by your side for balance. Push your hips up and squeeze the glutes. Hold for a second at the top before coming back down

Plank Jacks (20 reps)

Tips: Arms straight and legs out in plank position. Open and close the legs.

Curtsey Lunge (10 reps on each leg)

Tips: Start with feet close together, one leg goes 45 degrees out to the side and knee goes close the to floor but doesn’t touch

Spiderman Plank  (10 reps on each leg)

 

Repeat this circuit three times
